What is CrossFit Endurance?
CROSSFIT ENDURANCE uses short, high intensity intervals to help athletes prep for endurance events.
An endurance athlete is anyone who takes part in long distance running (anything over 400 metres), cycling, swimming, triathlons, endurance-based sports such as soccer, or those participating in obstacle course challenges such as the Warrior Dash and the Spartan Run. All skill levels and abilities are welcome!

It is rowing working on increasing work capacity and learning to pace. This carries over to other aspects of training whether it is running, in CrossFit WODs or just working on increasing overall strength. Power and speed are critical components to success in the endurance world. With careful planning, our strength and conditioning plan increases these two mainstays of performance while decreasing recovery time, reducing injury, promoting preservation of lean tissue and creating a more sustainable performance curve.
- Reduce chance of injury
- Decrease recovery time (muscle buffering capacity)
- Improve endurance performance
- Increase strength
- Increase speed
- Have a whole lot of fun
