Our Barbell Club Training

The barbell club will run three goal oriented sessions per week. The primary focus is an increase in absolute strength that will directly increase WOD performance or help you prepare for your first weightlifting competition. This program is geared towards intermediate lifters to take their game to the next level.

Program FOCUS

  • Basic: Foundation Strength – Back Squat, Presses, Power Cleans

  • Power: Power Cleans and Snatches, Lunges and and Back Squats with heavier 5RM

  • Weightlifting: Focus on Snatch, Clean and Jerk
