About OUr Limestone Endurance Training
Our Limestone Endurance classes use short, high intensity intervals to help our members prep for endurance events, increase cardio capacity and improve overall workout performance. An endurance athlete is anyone who takes part in long distance running (anything over 400 metres), cycling, swimming, triathlons, endurance-based sports such as soccer, or those participating in obstacle course challenges such as the Warrior Dash and the Spartan Run.
All skill levels and abilities are welcome!
