Workout Of The Day

The Adult Classes are strength, gymnastics and conditioning all in one. We use a variety of barbell movements mixed in with different conditioning pieces so that every class feels fresh and challenging. The classes are geared for all fitness levels with appropriate progressions for each movement.

LIMESTONE PERFORMANCE

Limestone Performance is a training program for athletes between ages 13-18 looking to become faster, stronger and more athletic on the field, court or ice. We incorporate strength training with teaching the major lifts while developing speed.

Gymnastics

Limestone Gymnastics classes help athletes build strength in bodyweight movements through calisthenics with a focus on CrossFit movements.

Endurance

Limestone Endurance classes use short, high intensity intervals to help our members prep for endurance events, increase cardio capacity and improve overall workout performance.

Limestone Juniors

Strength and conditioning specifically designed for kids and teenagers to help them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, kids participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well rounded athletes.
